불멍 앱은 개인정보를 자동 수집하거나 사용자를 추적하지 않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 앱 데이터 수집 서버는 없으며, 상품 확인·구매·복원에는 Apple의 StoreKit을 사용합니다.
앱에서 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 기기 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인 절차가 없습니다. 사용자가 지원 이메일로 직접 보내는 문의 내용과 회신 주소는 문의 응대를 위해 사용됩니다.
다음 설정은 앱을 다시 열었을 때 그대로 쓰기 위해 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
전체 테마 팩 구매는 Apple 의 App Store 를 통해 이루어집니다. 결제 정보는 Apple 이 처리하며 저희는 카드번호 등 결제 정보를 보지도, 저장하지도 않습니다. 앱은 "구매했는가" 여부만 Apple 로부터 확인받습니다.
앱에 광고·분석·추적 SDK를 넣지 않습니다. 개발자는 앱 사용 데이터를 수집하거나 판매하지 않습니다. App Store 결제와 Apple 서비스에는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
앱은 이용자의 나이를 묻거나 어린이의 개인정보를 수집하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.

Effective October 20, 2026. Bulmeong does not automatically collect personal data or track users. There is no account registration, advertising SDK, or analytics SDK in the app.
Theme, ambience, sound levels, and display preferences are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes these local preferences. Fireplace video and synthesized sound work offline.
Apple handles product information, purchases, and restoration through StoreKit. The app checks purchase entitlement; the developer does not receive your payment card details. Apple services are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
If you email support, the reply address and information you choose to send are used to respond to your inquiry. Contact support@rootcarrot.com with questions or requests concerning information you provided by email.
Changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
